Pub Panic!

!! Work in progress !! Pub Panic! is in super early alpha development; expect lots of crashes and bugs, and i havent worked on it in a couple years but im cooking on some other games so feel free to join the discord and say hi.

Pub Panic! is a chaotic co-op bar management game. Run a pub with your crew of friends: take orders, mix drinks to the recipe, and get them into thirsty hands before your customers run out of patience (or make a mess).

Serve the rush

Customers pour in, queue up, and order. Every drink is a real recipe — grab the right ingredients, use the right machines, and build it step by step. Nail it and get paid. Get it wrong (or too slow) and your patience meter, and your tips, start draining. The drunker they get, the less they notice your mistakes... but that's a plan, not a strategy.

Build your bar between shifts

Each day has a planning phase before the doors open. Spend your earnings on new machines, more tables to prep drinks ahead of time, and lay out the floor so your crew isn't tripping over each other during the rush.

Roguelike upgrades, every run different

Pick from a rotating set of upgrades that reshape the whole day:

• Main Street — twice the customers
• Happy Hour — a morning flood of cheaper drinks
• Pitcher / Me and the Boys — serve ten beers at once
• Mocktails — leave out an alcohol
• Heavy Handed — thinner margins and more cleanup, but bigger orders
• Down the Hatch, Sippy Cups, Potty Protocol, and more

Mix and match to push how far into the night you can survive.

Online and local multiplayer co-op — grab some friends, split the jobs, and find out how well you actually communicate under pressure.
